Use the portal’s recovery process first.
If you cannot sign in, use the password or account-recovery option offered by that portal. eTrepid cannot see or recover a password managed by an external portal.
Protect sensitive information
Do not place passwords, MFA codes, CUI, vulnerabilities, regulated data, or confidential architecture in website chat or other public forms. Use the authorized client portal and follow your organization’s approved handling procedures.
- Confirm that you are using the email address associated with your customer account.
- Complete the portal’s MFA or identity challenge when prompted.
